After the biggest flood for over 100 years (see photo) and not knowing whether the trees would survive, Salute Oliva had the best harvest so far. The new oil has very fruity flavours and only a hint of bitterness with a small amount of pepperiness.

Whether you buy a bottle, a 2lt or a 10lt cask of our extra virgin olive oil, it is the same oil processed to the same stringent quality requirement and certified by the Australian Olive Association Code of Practice.
