Saluté Oliva is a family owned and operated business specialising in producing first class extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and table olives for the connoisseur.
The Olive Grove of Saluté Oliva is located in the beautiful country side of Central Victoria nestled in between two lakes. The clean environment and fertile soil has allowed us to grow olive trees using organic certified principles, the way nature intended. We are proud of this decision and know you will appreciate it too.
The entire process from growing and tending to the trees, the irrigation management, harvesting, and pressing the oil or pickling the olives is done by our family.
Having the capacity to process the olives on the farm reduces the time from harvest to pressing or from harvest to pickling, ensuring the highest quality of the products.
The in-house bottling and filling plant allows small batch fillings, enabling maximum freshness in every delivery.
Our customers are partners and not just buyers. We recognise the individual approach of businesses and the need to cater to everyone’s needs. The feed back from the clients is essential and only when communications go two ways are we able to improve and adapt our products and deliver what you want and not what we think you want.
